Job Description
The Practice Manager position is responsible for the supervision of support staff and the development and implementation of systems related to patient flow, patient and referral’s satisfaction, patient/staff safety and supports efficient operations, regulatory compliance and financial viability. This includes all aspects of patient scheduling and registration as well management of patient records, managed care credentialing, Medicare/aid enrollment, processing of payroll and ordering of equipment and supplies. The incumbent should demonstrates knowledge of the current healthcare and reimbursement environment.
