Overview
A dynamic and mission-driven organization is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in shaping financial strategy and reporting. Responsibilities

Lead the development of advanced financial analyses to support regulatory compliance and internal decision-making.

Contribute to the preparation and review of GAAP and STAT financial reports.

Analyze insurance claims, premium trends, and taxable income estimates.

Build and maintain financial models and support executive presentations with clear, data-driven insights.

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and improve reporting processes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.

5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including budgeting, audit, consolidations, and financial modeling.

Strong understanding of GAAP and STAT accounting principles.

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with database tools is a plus.

Familiarity with insurance accounting is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior leadership.

Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
