Salary: $35.87 - $45.11 /HR (Depending on Experience)

Your Role:
As a Speech Therapist in Home Health, you will:
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to speech and language disorders, as well as functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.
- Provide services within the scope of practice defined by state laws, in accordance with the plan of care, and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities using diagnostic and prognostic tests, assisting physicians in developing therapy plans.
- Treat patients to enhance their communication skills, tailoring your approach to their individual conditions.
- Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members on areas of speech therapy they can participate in.
License Requirements:
- Must be currently licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of Colorado.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and have access to reliable transportation.
