• Stay updated on product knowledge and services to address customer needs effectively.• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Ability to manage order entry processes with precision and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with basic computer applications and data entry systems.
