Private optometric practice in Grand Rapids looking to add a new team member. Ideal candidate must be willing to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. This is a full time position, with hourly compensation.
Tasks include the following:
- Frame selection / adjustment
- Utilizing patients vision insurance
- Scheduling patient exams
- Cross training as an ophthalmic technician
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as an optician / technician / receptionist
- Team player
- Excellent verbal communication
- Comfortable working one-on-one with patients
- Medical or technical experience is a preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
