Fine dining or high-volume experience strongly preferred.
Steinhaus Keller is a high-volume, chef-driven German restaurant located at 801 Central Ave, Suite 15. We are seeking one experienced server to join our 30-person team.
This is a fast-paced, detail-driven, alcohol-forward environment. You must be able to handle a full section independently and deliver a polished, professional dining experience.
This position is for you if you:
- Have 3+ years of full-service serving experience
- Are confident managing a section without supervision
- Can handle volume while staying organized and composed
- Have strong knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails (or can learn quickly)
- Take pride in professionalism, appearance, and attention to detail
If you need basic serving training, this is not the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient section
- Present menu and guide guests through food and beverage selections
- Deliver food and drinks with accuracy and timing
- Provide attentive, high-level guest service throughout the dining experience
Requirements
- 21+ (alcohol service required)
- Minimum 3 years serving experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Clean-cut, professional appearance
