Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, providing clear and accurate information.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process and track customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality service standards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Provide product or service information to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share feedback with the team.• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in order entry and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
