This key role supports our administrative operations by accurately entering customer orders, maintaining organized records, and ensuring excellent communication between our office, warehouse, and valued customers. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on customer service and operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and create customer orders using QuickBooks

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, order status, and lead times

  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to confirm order details and timelines

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (required)

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy

  • Prior office experience required; experience in the garage door or construction industry is a plus
