A growing financial institution is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience of a full-service branch. This position requires a recent background as a Branch Manager or higher, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving deposit and account growth. The role is fully onsite and interacts directly with customers, staff, and community partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead branch operations, compliance, security, and daily workflow
- Hire, train, and coach staff to achieve sales and service goals
- Drive deposit growth, new accounts, cross-selling, and business development
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage audits, regulatory requirements, and operational controls
- Participate in community and business outreach activities
Qualifications
- Recent experience as a Branch Manager or higher in retail banking
- 3+ years in a branch banking environment & managing a full-service branch
- Strong record of sales performance and branch growth
- Experience with complex consumer and business accounts
- Knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and audits
- Proficiency in banking systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
