Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active and current BCBA certification required

Responsibilities/Duties:
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design individualized interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers and school teams to develop and implement effective strategies
- Offer ongoing coaching and support to educators, paraprofessionals, and family members
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust intervention plans as needed
- Facilitate professional development and training workshops related to behavior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and regulatory standards
