Qualifications/Desired Experience:

Active and current BCBA certification required

Responsibilities/Duties:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design individualized interventions for students
Collaborate with teachers and school teams to develop and implement effective strategies
Offer ongoing coaching and support to educators, paraprofessionals, and family members
Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust intervention plans as needed
Facilitate professional development and training workshops related to behavior management
Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical and regulatory standards
