Location: Image360 – Plymouth, Michigan (On Site)

Position Summary:

The Account Coordinator plays a supporting role in client project management, scheduling, and administrative operations. This position ensures that day-to-day activities run efficiently and that our account team can stay focused on delivering exceptional service and driving core business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and route messages promptly to the appropriate team members

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel at the front door

• Manage orders for vended products and office supplies, including tracking inventory and coordinating vendor deliveries

• Schedule installation and delivery appointments, communicating directly with clients, internal production, and external vendors to confirm timelines

• Maintain and update installation, delivery, and project calendars

• Follow up with clients to confirm proof approvals, installation readiness

• Assist with internal meeting scheduling for production handoffs and project milestones

• Track permit and inspection appointments (if applicable to projects)

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of administrative, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a knack for problem-solving
