- Contract Type: Travel nursing assignment\n
- Start Date: January 26, 2026\n
- End Date: April 27, 2026\n
- Duration: 13 weeks\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Shift: Night, 12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30)\n
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (minimum 13 weekend shifts per contract)\n

\n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NM or compact state; NM license can be pending at submission)\n
- Minimum 1 year recent ICU RN experience required\n
- BLS & ACLS certifications required\n
- NIHSS and TNCC certifications preferred\n
- Experience with ventilator management required\n
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred\n
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted with documentation)\n
- Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility\n
\n\nICU Nurse Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Deliver high-quality critical care to adult and geriatric patients in the ICU\n
- Manage a 1:2 ICU patient ratio; float to other inpatient units as needed\n
- Perform advanced ICU procedures: chest tube insertion, intubation, paracentesis, thoracentesis, CRRT, arterial and central line management\n
- Interpret and manage dysrhythmias, multi-system organ failure, and acute stroke\n
- Administer blood products, titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips, manage IV insulin protocols\n
- Assist with ventilator management, BiPAP/CPAP, and hypothermia protocols\n
- Care for patients with sepsis, renal failure, ARDS, respiratory failure, DKA, ETOH withdrawal, orthopedic trauma, and bariatrics\n
- Document care accurately using Cerner EMR\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams: physical therapy, respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams\n
