Office Clerk – Level Up Your Career in the Legal Game ⚡ APLS (Appleby Professional Litigation Support) – DFW Metroplex $16/hr starting | Full-Time | Mon–Fri 8–4:30 30 min lunch | No weekends ever

We’re the behind-the-scenes squad that makes law firms and insurance companies look like rockstars. We hunt down medical records, set up subpoenas, scan, copy, and deliver — basically, we’re the clutch players who keep million-dollar cases moving.
We’re growing fast and we need a new Office Clerk who’s quick, confident on the phone, and ready to run the show.
This is NOT a boring desk job. You’ll be:
- Calling doctors, hospitals, insurance adjusters — basically negotiating like a boss to get records ASAP
- Booking appointments, solving scheduling drama, and keeping everything running smooth
- Talking to attorneys and clients all day (you’ll get REALLY good at professional communication)
- Entering notes, sending invoices, handling payments — you’ll touch every part of the process
If you’re the type who can juggle multiple apps at once... you’ll crush this job.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (college is cool too, but not required)
- Can type 45+ WPM (we’ll test you — it’s easy)
- Zero fear of the phone — you’ll be on it all day and you’ll get scary good at it
- Multitasking
- Texas-sized attention to detail (because one wrong date can mess up a whole case)
