Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Operating Room Technology (ORT) to support surgical services in a well-respected healthcare setting in Lancaster, PA. This contract position offers a focused environment to utilize your specialized nursing skills and contribute to high-quality patient care during evening hours.
Location: Lancaster, PA

Schedule:
- Evening shifts
- 40 hours per week
- Five 8-hour shifts, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with surgical teams to assist in procedures and maintain sterile environments
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies
- Document nursing care and surgical processes accurately
- Adhere to established protocols and standards for patient care and safety
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current RN license with certified specialty knowledge in Operating Room Technology (ORT)
- A minimum of 2 years experience in specialty OR nursing, clearly demonstrated on resume
- Ability to work independently and as part of a surgical care team
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
