We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hygienist to join a thriving private practice in a full-time, permanent position.
4-day work week.
FFS/PPO opportunity.

Position Overview:
As a Hygienist with our private practice client, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dental care to patients. You will work closely with the dentist and other team members to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and maintain the practice's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and oral exams on patients of all ages
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care
- Administer local anesthetics and apply fluoride treatments as needed
- Assist the dentist with various procedures, including fillings and extractions
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Continuously strive for excellence and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
- Active state dental hygiene license
- - Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
