LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri.
Job Description & Requirements

Licensure & Certifications Required:
- Active RN license (Compact or Missouri license in hand at submission)
- BLS
- FHM
- NRP
- AWHONN Advanced/Intermediate (Preferred)
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery
- Recent Experience: Must have 1 year of in-specialty experience within the past 12 months
- No employment gap greater than 90 days in the last year
- Community hospital experience preferred
- First-time travelers: Not accepted
Scheduling & Call Requirements:
- Weekend Rotation: 4–6 weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule
- Holiday Requirements: 1 major holiday (Thanksgiving or Christmas) and 1–2 minor holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day)
- On-Call: Yes – 2 mandatory on-call shifts per 6-week schedule
- Locals: Not accepted (must reside 50+ miles from facility)
Floating & Unit Expectations:
- Floating: Expected to float within LDRP unit (triage, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and C-section circulation)
- Full couplet care required
