UNION PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR! GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in union payroll (construction industry knowledge a huge plus!) and proficiency in payroll software..
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly/bi-weekly payrolls, including employee setup, deductions, and fringe benefits.
- Manage Union payroll setups and adjustments within payroll software.
- Communicate directly with Field Operations regarding field payroll.
- Maintain employee electronic files and PTO balances.
- Reconcile and process weekly Union Benefits, 401K deductions, and medical insurance.
- Prepare Certified Payroll reports and ensure compliance with audits.
- Handle employee travel expense reimbursements and OSHA/Workers Comp/Medical Insurance documentation.
- Support new employee onboarding and HR/payroll functions.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5+ years of union payroll management experience.in the construction or similar industry
- Experience with payroll software
- Excellent attention to detail, computer skills, and communication abilities.
