• Driving results in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance.
• Enhancing productivity and employee development while fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture.
• Supporting on-time customer delivery through the application of Lean Manufacturing principles such as Daily Management, 5S, TPM, and more.
• Ensuring consistent execution of systems and policies to meet customer expectations safely, efficiently, and at the lowest cost.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process industry, ideally in a union environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
• A leadership style that promotes engagement, accountability, and development within a diverse team.
• Experience leading production teams and fostering a culture of ownership and empowerment.
• Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous improvement (e.g., Hoshin planning).
• Ability to mentor and grow leadership capabilities within the team.
• Project management experience with a focus on cost and schedule performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, ISO, or Six Sigma (preferred).
• Familiarity with metal processing, environmental compliance, and standards-based operations is a plus.

**Must have Hot Mill experience- preferably in a leadership role
