Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in an elementary school setting in San Jose, CA. The position supports students from kindergarten through 12th grade and is structured under a contract for the upcoming school year. Professionals will work full-time, 37.5 hours per week, across 5 days.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Skills in teletherapy and providing services to various school-aged populations a plus
  • Eligible candidates include those with SLP Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) experience and certifications such as SLP - CCC

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement speech and language therapy for K-12 students
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
  • Utilize teletherapy techniques where applicable to enhance service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district guidelines and regulations
