Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time or part-time position is available for Special Education Teachers to work within a K-12 school setting in Windham, ME. This contract role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the educational development of students requiring specialized instructional support.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Maine Special Education (SPED) License
- Experience in Special Education teaching within K-12 environments preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with educators, families, and support staff
