We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling routine financial transactions while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with daily banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Accurately handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
- Provide information about bank products and services
- Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate banking staff when necessary
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security regulations
- Resolve customer issues or escalate concerns to management when appropriate
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience as a teller
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
