Requirements
Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance license.
Solid understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage options.
Clear and articulate verbal communication skills for phone and in-person consultations.
Comfort using digital tools to manage client documentation and policy records.
Strong organizational habits to manage a busy calendar of client appointments.
Prior experience in customer service or a sales-focused role is highly beneficial.
