Job Details:

• 20-bed critical care unit with 1:2 patient ratio
\n• Must be willing to float to PCU as needed
\n• Weekend and holiday coverage as needed
\n• Personal scrubs of any color required for dress code
\n• 8-hour non-billable orientation provided
\n• 2 years current critical care experience required
\n• Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required
\n• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
\n• BSN preferred
\n• Must have own vehicle - firm requirement
\n• Maximum 5 days requested time off accepted (must be noted at upload)
\n• No RTO requests approved after upload
\n• No block scheduling available
\n• 36-hour guarantee not available
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
\n• TNCC preferred
\n• Massachusetts nursing license required
\n• Agency must have Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License
