Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Consumer Direct Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work with a steady stream of pre-qualified inbound leads and assist borrowers in securing the best mortgage solutions. You will utilize your expertise to guide clients through the loan process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and convert inbound leads provided by the company.
  • Educate clients on available loan products and guide them through the mortgage process.
  • Analyze borrowers’ financial situations to determine appropriate loan options.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with processors and underwriters to ensure a seamless closing experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective pipeline management and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Active NMLS license required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage sales experience in a Consumer Direct environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems.
