Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, bilingual Receptionist for a long-term temporary assignment with a well-established, professional services organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, thrives in a polished office environment, and is comfortable handling both phones and basic administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks as needed
  • Coordinate with internal staff to ensure smooth front-office operations


Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
  • Strong computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a professional office environment
  • Prior receptionist or administrative experience
  • Experience supporting a corporate or professional services office
