Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support within a K-12 school setting in Bluffton, SC. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, running from ASAP through June 1, 2026. The role is onsite, allowing direct interaction and hands-on support with students.
Desired qualifications and skills for this position include:
- Certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CF (Clinical Fellowship) preferred.
- Candidates with SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) credentials will also be considered.
- Experience working in school settings supporting K-12 students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families effectively.
- Ability to implement individualized therapy plans and progress monitoring.
Location: Bluffton, South Carolina
Key responsibilities encompass:
- Providing speech and language assessment and therapy services to students across the K-12 spectrum.
- Collaborating with educational teams to support students communication needs.
- Maintaining documentation and progress reports in compliance with school protocols.
