DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Location: Hitchcock, TX 77563
- Pay: $18 hr
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner, Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude, Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies, Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed, Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in company systems
- Requirements: Previous customer service experience is a plus, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems, Problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset
