**Exciting Opportunity for ICU Registered Nurses!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Join our dynamic team as an ICU RN with a flexible 4x12 E/N rotation!\n- Start your rewarding journey anytime with a 13-week commitment.\n- Engage with critically ill patients and provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.\n- Perform comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of patients.\n- Administer medications, vasoactive infusions, and blood products following ICU protocols.\n- Assist physicians with complex procedures and manage ventilators and invasive lines.\n- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and discharge expectations.\n- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care and promote continuity.\n- Maintain meticulous documentation and engage in safety and performance improvement activities.\n \n**Key Qualifications:**\n\n- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.\n- Valid RN license in North Dakota or compact RN licensure (no license hits allowed).\n- Current ACLS certification required.\n- Floating required — embrace the diverse challenges of the ICU!\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
