The company has raised $14M in Series A funding and serves enterprise customers across the restaurant industry.This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-moving AI organization at an early stage, with meaningful growth potential as the sales team scales aggressively.The OpportunityWe're hiring Sales Development Representatives to drive pipeline by prospecting, cold-calling, and qualifying buyers in a high-activity, competitive environment. This is not a stepping-stone role—it's built for people who want a career in sales and a clear path to becoming a full-cycle Account Executive.What You'll Do• Run outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social to create qualified meetings• Qualify inbound leads: confirm ICP fit, pain, urgency, stakeholders, and next steps• Maintain a clean pipeline in the CRM; manage follow-ups and sequencing• Partner with Sales + Marketing to test messaging and improve conversion• Learn the product and competitive landscape and communicate value crisply• Report on activity, pipeline, and conversion metrics to leadershipWhat We're Looking ForMust-haves• ~1–2 years in sales or business development (tech/software preferred)• Comfortable being phone-forward: high call volume, objections, smile-and-dial with skill• Solid sales fundamentals: CRM hygiene, ICP understanding, basic qualification• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools• Competitive drive, coachability, resilience, and strong communication skillsNice-to-haves• Background or genuine appreciation for restaurants/hospitality• Entrepreneurial streak (side hustles, self-starting history)• Less than 1 year formal SDR experience (strong talent at early stage welcome)Not a fit if• You're looking for a stepping stone into Sales Ops or CSM (this role is for future AEs)• You require visa sponsorship• You prefer low-volume, purely digital outreach over phone-first prospectingWhy This Role• Fast track to AE: real path to promotion—top performers can move to AE in under 12 months• Serious sales training ground: phone-first culture with real coaching, reps, and competition• Momentum + scale: fresh Series A capital with aggressive hiring (doubling SDR capacity)• Meaningful market: restaurants + delivery economics are massive, and Loop helps operators turn delivery into a profitable growth channel
