Bonitz of Georgia is hiring a Lightweight Insulated Concrete Pump Operator to support our Roof Deck division. This role operates a Deck Mate pump, leads the ground crew during pours, and plays a key role in delivering safe, high-quality roof deck systems.

What Youll Do

• Operate and monitor lightweight insulating concrete pumping equipment
• Mix and place lightweight roof deck systems
• Lead and communicate with ground and roof teams during pours
• Set up, tear down, clean, and maintain pumps, bulkers, and related equipment
• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report larger concerns
• Maintain clean, safe job-site conditions
• Use two-way radios for daily coordination
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

What Were Looking For

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn equipment operation
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Able to climb ladders and work at heights
• Clear communicator and team-oriented
• Willing to travel up to 75% overnight during the week
• Available for overtime and occasional weekends
• Clean driving record (no DUI or super speeder violations in last 5 years)
• Normal vision and hearing

This position includes a 90-day probationary period

Pay & Benefits

• $19$23/hour starting pay (based on experience)
• Per diem for overnight out-of-town jobs
