Instructional Aide Subs Needed Flexible, Per Diem Opportunities in Rocklin, CA
This role is designed for compassionate professionals dedicated to making a meaningful impact supporting students within school settings. As an Instructional Aide working per diem, you will provide essential academic, behavioral, and social support to students, helping foster a positive learning environment on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Support students 1:1 or in small groups as directed by teachers and school staff
- Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
- Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) when applicable
- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- TB test completed per school requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Clearances must be current or obtained prior to starting
- Preferred: Experience in special education, behavioral health, or child care
- Preferred: Experience working with students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPI, PMT, or RBT certification is advantageous but not required
- Demonstrated reliability, patience, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
