As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking experienced Residential Foremen and small business owners with established crews who are looking for a stable, long-term partnership with a professional builder.

This opportunity is ideal for leaders who want consistent work, organized projects, and a collaborative relationship - not one-off jobs or chaotic scheduling.

Most of our projects are unoccupied homes, allowing for efficient workflow, predictable scheduling, and strong production momentum.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed and insured (as required for your trade)
• 3-5+ years of residential renovation or construction experience
• Ability to manage scopes of work from planning through completion
• Strong scheduling discipline and ability to coordinate with Project Managers
• Ability to provide clear, detailed quotes
• Comfort working from construction drawings and specifications
• Professional communication and leadership on site
• A pride-driven, no-callback mindset

You Should Already Have

• An established crew
• A working foreman or crew lead
• Experience running full scopes of work (not punch-only work)
• Systems or processes to keep projects organized
