Job Description Data Entry Assistant
Contract Duration: 2-4 months Location: Onsite in SW Portland, OR Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour (DOE) Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to support our client's team during a short-term project. This role requires exceptional accuracy, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in various systems to ensure integrity and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Generate basic reports and summaries using Excel.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Previous data entry experience preferred.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
