Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service on residential plumbing service calls
- Prepare accurate repair quotes for customers
- Educate customers on plumbing products and solutions when needed
- Perform routine plumbing maintenance and inspections
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Communicate effectively with clients and customers
- Stay informed and compliant with local plumbing codes
- Complete various tasks as assigned by management, which may evolve based on company needs
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of plumbing experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs, work outdoors, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces regularly
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
- Valid driver’s license required, with a clean DMV Safe Driving Record
