- Opportunity for overtime most weeks
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers to obtain patient charts requested by health plans (“Dialing for charts”)
- Calls are made by clicking a link in their system; not working from a dialer
- Have a script to work from to ensure they are asking the right questions to gather the correct information
- Send a link so that the chart can be sent electronically
- 50-60 outbound calls/day, averaging 5-8 minutes
- Accuracy in typing is important
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service experience
- Reliability and attendance is critical
- Ability to talk and type at the same time
- Technologically savvy in system navigation
