Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Directing and managing all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality specifications.
- Managing the plant budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the plant team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Implementing and championing continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles.
- Overseeing the maintenance and reliability of plant equipment and infrastructure.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing plant.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility and budget management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Experience ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0)
- Proficiency in advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
