Job Details:
\n
• Flexible start times available: 7:00 AM, 7:30 AM, or 8:00 AM
\n• 1:1 patient ratio for optimal care delivery
\n• Weekend rotation required every 6th weekend
\n• On-call responsibilities include one weeknight call shift per week and one weekend every 6th weekend
\n• 30-minute response time required for call-back situations
\n• Minimum 2 years of experience required
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
\n• Transport inpatients with proper handoff procedures
\n• Administer medications for sedation procedures
\n• Provide pre and post-procedure recovery care
\n• Circulate during procedures and perform discharge follow-up calls
\n• Schedule and coordinate patient orders
\n• Work with patient types including line placements, drains, guided biopsies, vascular work, carotid stents, angiograms, and AAA repairs
\n• Use EPIC EMR system, Alaris IV pumps, and Pyxis medication dispensing
\n• No floating to other units required
\n• Scrubs provided by facility
\n• Free parking available in East parking structure on 3rd floor or higher

This 277-bed healthcare facility operates as a Level IV Trauma Center with a Level III NICU and serves as a Primary Stroke Center. The interventional radiology department features one holding room that accommodates two patients and two IR suites. The facility provides comprehensive support including IR aids, transporters, charge nurses, lead technicians, management, respiratory therapy, and hospitalist services to ensure quality patient care and optimal workflow.
