We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves assisting with product handling, preparation, and organization to ensure efficient workflow and quality standards are maintained.Key Responsibilities:
Pack bobbins accurately and efficiently according to company standards
Stage finished products in designated areas for shipment or further processing
Label products clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification and tracking
Provide general support across the manufacturing floor as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelinesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamWork Environment:
Manufacturing/industrial setting
May require standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
