Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
- Provide care and services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions.
- Assign tasks, instruct, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state, with an active LPN/LVN license in good standing throughout your employment.
- Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation, with the necessity to keep it current throughout employment.

- Competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude towards patients.
