We’re seeking a Construction Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager to support a portfolio of new construction data center and mission critical facilities in the Northern Virginia area. In this role, you will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and city stakeholders to help deliver high-quality public spaces that serve residents across the District. You’ll assist with project planning, schedule and budget tracking, RFIs/submittals, field coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Support day‑to‑day project coordination and documentation
- Assist with site visits, progress reports, and quality control
- Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve technical issues
- Track project schedules, budgets, and procurement activities
- Contribute to delivering safe, sustainable, community‑focused facilities
What You Need
- 2+ year of experience in commercial construction (GC or subcontractor)
- A degree in construction or engineering is great—but not required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and local to the DC/Northern VA area (no visa support available)
