We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

• Instrumentation Technician / Mechanic

2-hour rotating shifts (day and night: 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. / 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.)

Position Summary
A technician skilled in industrial instrumentation and mechanical systems to cover instrumentation + valves + equipment + mechanical installation.

• Install and calibrate:
  • Sensors and transmitters
  • Control valves, actuators, and positioners
• Perform mechanical work:
  • Equipment mounting and alignment
  • Seal, gasket, and fitting replacement
  • Repair of pumps, valves, and piping
• Field support:
  • Brackets, tubing, impulse lines
  • Mechanical supports for instruments
• Troubleshooting:
  • Process-related faults + mechanical faults
• Read and interpret:
  • P&IDs
  • Basic mechanical drawings
  • Instrument and valve datasheets.

Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Instrumentation or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct pharmaceutical, medical device or biotechnology industries.
• Available to work extended hours, possibility of weekends and holidays.
