Responsibilities

• Perform specialized welding tasks on various materials, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds.
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain and operate welding equipment, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance welding skills and knowledge.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional welding certifications preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder, with a strong understanding of various welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a welding environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
