About the Role:

Elite Recruiting & Consulting Services is seeking an experienced LPN to provide direct patient care within a correctional healthcare environment. This role supports a diverse inmate population and requires strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and injections as prescribed

• Monitor inmates’ health status and report changes to supervising RN or physician

• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMR

• Assist with intake screenings and chronic care management

• Maintain strict security and confidentiality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Active LPN license in Pennsylvania

• Minimum 1 year of experience in corrections, detox, or high-acuity outpatient preferred

• Experience with medication passes and intake assessments

• Comfortable working within secured facilities and following chain-of-command
