Job DescriptionAdministrative Manager IIBoarhog LLC has an immediate opening for an Administrative Manager II in San Diego, CA. Description:The Administrative Manager will coordinate, support, and manage services that allow the Program Management Office to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. The Administrative Manager will also implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service. In addition, Administrative Manager will acquire, distribute, and store supplies, and possibly dispose of surplus property or oversee the disposal of unclaimed property. Responsibilities also include coordinating the physical workplace of the PMO staff.Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience• BA or BS degree• Active Secret Clearance• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
