Our client, an international leader in casino gaming display manufacturing headquartered in Korea with well-established US operations, is looking for a skilled Account Executive to spearhead their continued US market growth. This presents an extraordinary chance to lead the American market strategy for an organization with demonstrated global expertise and over 5 years of successful US sales operations.
In this role, you will focus on building fresh client partnerships within the tightly connected casino gaming and entertainment sector, acting as the crucial bridge between American customers and Korean corporate headquarters. This position demands a professional with extensive industry relationships who can effectively work within the interconnected casino gaming community and manage project-driven sales of specialized display solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent company presence at annual Las Vegas industry trade shows and events
- Build and maintain new client relationships in the US casino gaming and entertainment marketplace
- Travel to customer locations throughout US, Central, and South American regions
- Oversee project-driven sales processes including RFQ management, technical specifications, and competitive bidding
- Act as main point of contact between American clients and Korean corporate office
- Foster strategic partnerships with US gaming cabinet manufacturers
- Execute specialized equipment sales and cross-border trading activities
Requirements
Essential:
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Americas
- Proven track record in casino gaming or entertainment equipment sales
- Experience managing specialized equipment sales and project-driven sales processes
- Understanding of international commerce and supply chain logistics
- Established network within casino gaming/entertainment industry
- Capability to operate independently and generate new business opportunities (no existing account portfolio)
- Solid relationships with US cabinet manufacturing companies
Preferred:
- Established connections with industry competitors (Goldfinger, Bethel) or associated organizations
- Educational background in electrical or mechanical engineering disciplines
- Technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical system components
- Previous experience in comparable capital equipment sectors
Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 annually
- Commission: ~5% commission structure (negotiable)
