Job Title: Temporary Administrative AssistantLocation: Auburn, WA (Fully Onsite)Duration: 3-Month ContractSchedule: Monday–FridayWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations during a short-term assignment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for administrative support.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and record keeping
  • Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • 3+years of previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Associates degree required



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
