Immediate Onboarding & Staffing Specialist Role!
Location: Vista, CA
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12pm – 5pm (We're open to discussing some flexibility around the start and end times.)
*Potential to go full-time long-term*
ArangoHRS is hiring a detail-oriented, outgoing and friendly Onboarding & Staffing Specialist to join our team onsite in Vista, CA. If you’re passionate about helping people and have excellent organizational skills, this is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with completing onboarding/hire documents accurately and efficiently.
- Work in our systems to support payroll and other onboarding and employee related tasks.
- Conduct and process I-9 verifications.
- Administer oral swab drug tests and process results.
- Provide a welcoming professional experience for new hires.
- Potential to support candidate screening, scheduling and job fairs.

- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting or HR is preferred.
- Flexibility to work more hours when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Maintains optimism and professionalism while delivering results under tight deadlines
