The Opportunity
Are you a relentless cold caller who thrives on the hunt? Monalisa Sun is a Brooklyn-based solar leader on a mission to transition homeowners to clean, affordable energy. We are looking for gritty, persuasive Outbound Sales Associates to join our remote team.
We pay for performance at every stage. We believe in rewarding the hustle required to set quality appointments, as well as the results of the final sale.
Compensation & Perks
• $500 Commission per Installation: Earn a significant payout for every lead that successfully transitions to solar.
• $60 Per Qualified "Sit": Get paid for every qualified appointment you schedule that sits with our consultants.
• Note: "Sit" fees are paid once a month on the first Friday of the month for all production from the month prior.
• Performance-Based Base Pay: Top-tier performers who meet consistency benchmarks qualify for a guaranteed base salary + incentives starting after Week 2.
• Professional Autonomy: Ability to set a consistent weekly schedule within standard calling windows (15–40 hours/week).
• Growth: We promote from within—successful callers are first in line for Sales Closing and Leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
• Engage: Execute high-volume outbound calls to provided homeowner leads.
• Educate: Simplify the benefits of solar and spark interest in renewable savings.
• Schedule: Convert cold conversations into Qualified Appointments (Sits) for our specialist team.
• Manage: Diligently use our CRM to track leads and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
Who You Are
• Experienced: 1+ year of cold calling or outbound sales.
• Disciplined: You can manage your own productivity in a remote environment without constant supervision.
• Articulate: Professional phone presence with the ability to build rapport and handle objections.
