Job DescriptionPart-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Part-Time (30 Hours Per Week)
Are you a recruiter who enjoys sourcing top talent, building relationships, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical positions? Our client is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support recruiting and onboarding efforts while helping maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple openings while working with both hiring managers and external staffing partners.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting resources
- Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screenings, and interview scheduling
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with external staffing agencies and recruiting partners
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation
- Ensure compliance with recruiting and onboarding processes
- Support additional HR and talent acquisition projects as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and recruiting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Corporate, manufacturing, or professional recruiting experience
Schedule
- Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- Availability during regular business hours preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
