Position Overview:
The Partner Success Manager will support our group practices, working closely with the Lead Partner Success Manager to ensure strong engagement and continuity at the practice level. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for individual practices within the group organizations we support. On a day-to-day basis, you'll coordinate partner needs, foster strong relationships with office managers and key contacts, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our services.

Location: Remote
**This is not a C2C opportunity. Only candidates who reside in the USA will be considered.**

Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 annually plus commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the Medix Dental IT Core Values in every aspect of your work.
  • Become an expert on our products, software applications, and services.
  • Develop a relationship with partners during onboarding and continuing a business relationship with the champions/decision-makers at practices.
  • Providing a great partner experience by communicating best practices, IT planning, and assisting practices with budgeting for current/upcoming IT needs.
  • Analyze costs, value, and enlighten partners of any IT risks, prepare a plan to deliver to partners.
  • Ensure Opportunities, Sales Board, and Account Management Board are kept up to date with notes within ConnectWise Manage.
  • Act as liaison between support and Executive Sales Assistant regarding partner and project team requests
  • Stay up to date with industry news and services.
  • Suggest and/or implement process changes that improve our partner experience.
  • Assist with other relevant duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Preferably, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking to develop and implement strategies that improve partner experience and value
  • MSP or Dental industry experience a plus!
